I Live in Clayton North Carolina which is in Johnston County. Clayton is about twenty minutes from Raleigh and a little further to Research Triangle Park. It's proximity to both started it's growth and then it gathered steam and now has quite a few large employers of it's own and multiply subdivisions. The area south of south and east of Raleigh, Garner, Willow Springs, Fuquay Varina and Johnston County make up the area that I work most in. If you are looking in another part of the Triangle and I can't help I would be glad to recommend somebody who could.

As a realtor, you go the extra mile and that's putting it mildly.  I've had a little experience with realtors over the years and I've been lucky enough to have good ones (mostly), who have done things to help make the house show better, but I've NEVER had anyone willing to do the things you did!!!!   Power wash not only the house for sale, but another as well!  And cut shrubbery!!!    And bake and bake and bake for potential buyers AND ME!

We live in our dream home!

We purchased our first home in October of 2008 and had the most wonderful experience. We had heard many horror stories of endless searching and nightmare real estate agents so we weren't sure what we were getting into. David worked non-stop to search for homes that fit our preferences. He was the one who suggested that we look in the neighborhood where we eventually decided to buy our home.
