As of today there are seven active homes in Wyndfall and one contingent. They range in price from $118,000 for a foreclosure to a custom built four thousand square foot home for almost half a million.
Both of these are the exception to the rule for homes in Wyndfall Subdivision, where the mostly ranch plan homes sell in the high $130's up to the $150's. For affordable homes in Clayton it is hard to beat Wyndfall, as it is on the East side of Hwy 70 it is easier to get to The Beltline and Hwy 540 by using the 64 Bypass which is easily accessed by Smithfield Road. So you can get to points like Downtown Raleigh, WakeMed, Raleigh-Durham International Airport, Research Triangle Park.
Schools currently attended by students inWyndfall according to the Johnston County School District web site are River Dell Elementary, Archer Lodge Middle, and Corinth Holder High School (this will be the first year for this school so they are not taking all grades.) The zip code for homes in Wyndfall is 27527 which was just voted in the top ten in the country for the best schools with the most affordable housing by BusinessWeek magazine.
The other great thing about Wyndfall is that now that the USDA is back in business these homes are perfect for 100% financing.
