Custom Built Home in Clayton......SOLD!
Yep, by the time I had the video done and edited, the house was already under contract and sold. This was the only house finished in Portofino in Clayton at the time. We went under contract on Christmas Eve!
It was a contingent contract, and shortly before we went under contract we had a local agent preview it for her out of state clients. Well wouldnt you know it, they came into town after the holidays, she took them to see it and they loved it! Wanted to make an offer if our previous one fell through. We offered to build them one just like it, but I don't think they wanted to wait. This home was built by Corker Enterprises who have started work on their next house here at Portofino.
So now we have another house finished and two more to be finished shortly at Portofino, the home at 154 Sicily Dr,built by Jarman Homes, 154 Vercelli Drive, built by Johnny Adams Inc. and 91 Sicily Drive, built by Kirkwood Builders will all be entrants in the Johnston County Parade of Homes.
