Neuse Colony is one of the finest gated communities in Clayton. It is for the most part built out although there may be some lots available, what this means is that the gates stay closed.Not a big deal, but to some it might be. The entrance is very elegant and always perfectly maintained. Neuse Colony has a number of ponds, some with walking trails homes on the ponds have fishing rights to those ponds. The walking trails also allows access to the Neuse River.

The house for sale is at 205 Magnolia Circle a private cul-de-sac of only three homes. The house is situated overlooking a beautiful pond. Neuse Colony is a gated community in Clayton on Hwy 42 East. It is an established neighborhood of custom built h  omes with many different dtyles and finishes. Neuse Colony has a number of ponds in the subdivision and this house is on a large pond and thus has access to the pond for fishing etc.
