Clayton NC, Wine Tasting at Skylines and The Clayton Expo this Weekend.
Tina from Skylines says there will be some great wines to taste at her restaurant, Skylines (919)550-7619 in the Southern Village Shopping Center on Hwy 70 W in Clayton. the wine tasting is tonight Friday June 18th from 6-7.30 and it is a great deal. The tasting is $10, but if you buy one of the wines (and who wouldn't) they take $10 off the price....no brainer!
Mark Horney from TWI and Blakely Hilgers from Johnston Brothers will be on hand to help with your wine questions and pour some summer wines.
Skylines has a full bar and live music and a great menu of reasonably priced food, so there is no need to drive all the way to Raleigh every time you like to go out. Tina has also been seen at The Clayton Farmers Market buying local produce.
The Clayton Expo is also going on this Saturday June 19th, hosted by the Clayton Chamber of Commerce the Business Expo is held at Clayton High School from 10-4 and is a vendor show of local business products and services. Free inflatable bouncy houses and demonstrations throughout the day.
