Ole Mill Stream Subdivision in Clayton NC Has Some Amazing Homes.
Homes in this neighborhood range in price from the high $200,00 to the high $800,000. The subdivision is surrounded by woods and is bordered by the Neuse river, so some of the homes have water access. The ones I have seen have a long stretch of land with trees opening up to the river.
Some of the homeowners have built fire pits and seats from logs to enjoy the many evenings outside. This is a neighborhood for people who like the outdoors and don't care for a lot of restrictions. There is a pool but it is small!!
The homes were started in the late nineties and continue to today. The area around Clayton is starting to 
see a resurgence from the downturn and is poised to be a growth leader in the future with easy access to major highways, close proximity to Raleigh and Research Triangle Park and a short two and a half hour drive to the Carolina Coast.
