Spring Selling Season is here....Have you noticed?
Yard sale signs are going up. Being in the sign and balloon business, I know a thing or two about getting people to read your sign,
If it's written in pen and on a piece of yellow pad paper wrapped in Saran-Wrap, there is a good chance nobody is going to see it or bother to read it. A large cardboard box, cut it half with the first two words YARD SALE taking up too much room so the address is scrunched in to fit, stuck in the ground. While slightly better, all people will see is YARD SALE and because you used the whole box the middle part with the tape will collapse.
Before you bother with all that, just put it on Craigslist and the Yard Sale caravan will find you.
Spring Selling Season has arrived in Johnston County with the green pollen covered cars cruising through the new home communities. The Johnston County Parade of Homes started last week and Yikes there was a lot of cars out.
The news here in Clayton and Johnston County is pretty good with recent positive job news and some companies moving to the area. A couple of nice days where people can get their yards in order and then they are off to look at new homes.
