Parade of Homes in Raleigh Wake County.
The Wake County Parade of Homes starts this weekend and runs for the next three weekends, October 1-2, 7-9 and 14-16 2011. The homes on The Parade of Homes will be open from 12-5.There are 209 homes on the tour and they range in price from $150,000 to $2,500,000. The area builders will be vying for the different awards which are presented each year.
The Parade is a great opportunity to get out and compare homes, builders, communities before you purchase the new home you’re looking for. Of course they do pull out all the stops for the Parade so it’s also a good time to maybe get some upgrades thrown in if you purchase that Parade home.
