That's right there have only been three homes listed and sold through the TMLS system in the last two years in River Dell. One reason people stay is obvious as you approach the subdivision with it's white rail fence and tree lined streets. The homes come in a range of styles and the lots are from an acre up.It has a Selma address but is closer to Clayton and all the amenities that go along with the area.
This great house at 143 Tally Ho Drive is listed at $165,000. It features three bedrooms two bathrooms a large dining room surrounded by windows, french doors that open to the huge patio in the back yard.
