We are about to start our newest phase in Portofino Equestrian Community, The Churchill. This Collection of custom built ranch homes will be built by our team of ten of the best builders in Johnston County. The homes are mostly ranch style homes with the emphasis on open living spaces, downstairs master bedrooms and custom features like granite counter tops, hardwood floors, stone accents hardiplank siding, side entry garages. The home sites are for the most part are half an acre and as with a lot of the homes in Portofino most will back up to a walking trail or the creeks or a buffer.
