This is the second in a series of video documenting the construction of a beautiful custom built home in Portofino Equestrian Community in Clayton NC. The first video is here. The home is being built by Corker Enterprises a Custom Home Builder run by Steve and Brenda Corker. Corker Enterprises have been building homes in Clayton and the surrounding area since 1986 and have built hundreds of homes in that time. These are homes that people treasure and Steve and Brenda have a reference list of many many homeowners who will open up their homes to show off what Steve has built for them.
This New Construction Home in Clayton home is listed for $415,000 and is a three bedroom downstairs ( there is a partially finished fourth bedroom upstairs) home. It has a beautiful covered porch and magnificent doorway that leads into the foyer. The open living room next to the wonderful kitchen leads out to the four season room and deck.
