And The Oscar Goes To........... Well Not Me, But This House Deserves An Oscar!
Actually Hollywood's the last place I would go, but Video, Video, Video is what everyone is talking about these days when it comes to real Estate. To me it makes perfect sense. A picture paints a thousand words but what about the neighborhood, the entrance, the house next door?
A video can show things about a house, neighborhood, yard etc. that no amount of Realtor words or pictures can hope to address. So after getting a jolt from TLW, a nudge from Eleanor and then listening to Mike Fischer the Senior Vice President of Marketing For Coldwell Banker for a half hour at the Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston Sales Rally about using video I figured I better get on it.
Now I have shot a few videos before but, they say you must be in them front and center, so here I am.(p.s. my original camera man went on strike so apologies for the shake at the beginning, it does go away)
