Big VIP Event At Portofino To Open The Club House.
We had our grand opening of the Club House on Thursday at Portofino Equestrian Community. It was a huge success with lots of big names in Real Estate and Community Leaders.
The evening started with Moonshine Martinis at The Red Roof Inn, then we had trolleys ferry folks through the stables and around the pond and on to the Club House.
We had Italian themed food set up at the Piazza overlooking the pool. It was great to see so many people enjoy the beauty of Portofino and the response we received was beyond our expectations.
We were also able to use the event to tell everyone about our awards we won at the Annual NCHBA Stars Awards.
Best Project, for the 22 Stall Horse Barn, Best Web Site, Best Sales Center and the big one
2010 COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR!
It was great to see the reaction from people as they heard 
about the four hundred acres and seven miles of trails and the biggest deal for most people was the fact that Clayton is so close to Downtown Raleigh, Research Triangle Park, Raleigh Durham International Airport.
